AngularJs decimal localized validator

Decimal localization - Angular way

This directive allows the user to type the decimal based on the current culture.. Now here the German locale is used. Based on German locale, we restrict the user to type comma as a decimal separator in the input. But while save the value, the value will be dot separator.
